Expertise

I gained my experience in user support and helpdesk at CEVA Logistics during 9 years. This implied installations and purchasing of user desktops, laptops and installation of printers. I managed the office adjustments (patch corrections for IT connections to users) as well as providing a proper installed workplace for the personnel. I arranged guest accounts, managed the Wi-Fi activity and made sure that our meeting rooms were ready for use. I added printer accounts (PIN provisions) via a web interfaced account (Equitrac) and took care of the administration of the local telephone central (Manager C). I managed the users/groups in AD and pre-staged the PC’s.
