I employ wet-lab and dry-lab approaches to build a better understanding of how genetic and epigenetic factors influence gene regulation in health and in neurodegenerative disease. I'm particularly interested in the role that chromatin organisation plays, alongside other molecular traits, in the functional communication between genes and their regulatory elements.
