As BioIt Technician in Applied Molecular Genomics (AMG), I was working on the design and development of novel biotechnology tools and bioinformatics algorithms to streamline and upscale massive parallel sequencing applications and subsequent data analysis.
In 2016, I joined the Neuromics Support Facility, Bioinformatics division, where I am currently working on maintenance of sequencing applications. I am also maintaining our server and storage infrastructure in function as system administrator.
